Growing in Grace began in 2024 when Pastor Chad and Pastor Randy answered God’s call to share the Gospel online. What started as a simple step of faith on YouTube has become a Spirit-filled ministry reaching hundreds for the Kingdom of God.
Through daily livestreams featuring Bible studies and powerful messages, we aim to help believers grow in faith, understand God’s Word, and experience His presence.

About the Pastors
Pastor Chad is a devoted family man, husband to Tara, and proud father of three. Together, Chad and Tara play a vital role in the Growing in Grace family-Tara leading her own online ministry, Loved Beyond Measure, and Chad sharing his passion for music and ministry through writing and singing with his guitar.
Chad serves as the pastor of Bridges, a young adults ministry based in Wichita, where he pours into the next generation with heartfelt teaching and encouragement.
In addition to preaching at his home church, he brings his creativity and energy to his Beards, Heads & Threads YouTube channel and as the founder of BHT Grooming Company.
Known for his genuine love for people, Chad's personality shines through in everything he does. He's outgoing, full of energy, and brings joy and authenticity to every conversation, livestream, and message he shares.
Pastor Chad
Pastor Randy is a devoted husband to his wife, Vickie, and a proud father of three. He has a deep passion for sharing the gospel with those who have yet to hear it and is especially gifted in evangelism. Over the years, he has trained many believers to confidently and effectively witness to the lost.
Randy’s love for preaching and teaching the Word of God is evident in everything he does. Together with Pastor Chad, he finds great joy in discipling others and helping them grow in their walk with Christ. Known for his energetic and outgoing nature, Pastor Randy thrives on fellowship and building meaningful connections within the body of Christ.
He and Vickie share a heart for counseling and encouraging those in need of spiritual guidance. Pastor Randy is a true blessing to this ministry—a faithful servant whose dedication continues to impact lives and advance the Kingdom of God.
